OFFICIAL NINTENDO PRESS RELEASE: May 28, 2010 — The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo revealed today that Pokémon™ Black Version and Pokémon White Version, featuring the next generation of all-new Pokémon, will be released for the Nintendo DS™ family of systems in spring 2011 in Europe and North America. Additionally, the companies divulged that new Legendary Pokémon Reshiram™ (Pokémon Black Version) and Zekrom™ (Pokémon White Version) will be featured on the covers of the all-new releases worldwide.
“It’s rare to find a franchise with such worldwide appeal and dedicated fans as Pokémon.” said Laurent Fischer, Managing Director Marketing and PR, Nintendo of Europe. “We’re excited to inform our fans that this eagerly anticipated adventure, featuring an all-new generation of Pokémon, will be available in Europe in spring 2011.”
The launch of Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version follows on from the popular Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions, which have sold more than 8.4 million copies worldwide to date. Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions return players to the scenic Johto region, first introduced in Pokémon Gold Version and Pokémon Silver Version, launched nearly ten years ago. The Pokémon video game series has sold more than 207 million units worldwide since its inception 14 years ago.

I just wanted to say how the new pokemon look like other pokemon.
Tsataju, the grass snake pokemon, has a head like a Cyndaquil and a body looking slightly like a Treeko.
Pokabu, the fire pig pokemon, has a tail of a Grumpig just smaller and the sphere on it’s tail looks like the pearl on Spoink’s head.
Mimaraju, the sea otter pokemon, has a face slightly looking like a Teddiursa and a body like a Piplup.
Reshiram, the legendary dragon guardian pokemon, looks quite unique.
Zekrom, the legendary dark dragon pokemon, has wings like Palkia and a tail like a Slowbro.
Zoruark, the monster fox pokemon, looks quite unique.
Zorua, the evil fox pokemon, looks slightly like a Shaymin.
I’m gonna get Mimaraju on my black! Reshiram looks cool!!! I dont like Zekrom…..even though i luv tough pokemon like that….but my fave pokemon is pichu coz they rule!

Im gonna get both probably, my heart is pumping out of my chest so that i can barely type
For the starters, I am definetly choosing tsutaja. Its a little snake with legs and arms, and its eyes make it look so much laid back, like it doesn’t care much about anything, even if it is captured by the evil team of the region and we NOOO idea who they are. Yet. I only choose a grass type once bfore, and that was bulbasaur in red and blue. I think its time for me to choose another. This goes on for a while so please, bare with me. U no the big city on all the pictures. Well its called Hiun City. I think thats the nam of a town in Canada or somewhere in America. I think I will choose black version. All we have to do is wait till spirng next year(unless u want the japanese version and not understand what is going on(unless you can read japanese)) it will probably come out in april sometime here in the UK, and march maby in the USA(they get everything before us brits). As for Australia, they’ll get it around the same time as the USA. Anyway, CAN’T WAIT FOR POKEMON BLACK AND WHITE IN SPRING 2011. Although, if the world really does end in 2012, we will only have a year and a bit to play it(but I think the world will end millions of years from now). That is what I think of Black and White(Good names too. They can only go so far with gems/metals that are xtremely rare and valuable to us).

I choice Tsutaja and Pokabu because I buy black and white. But I must wait a lot because I live in Greece. I have make my own pokemon team. Is called team DARKNESS and we want to catch Zekrom. Until now in the team is me (the leader) Johnson (nickname) and Henrie (nickname). You can choice the pokemon you want to have on the team like this: 1 pokemon for every video game, 2 for TCG, 4 for pokedex (internet) and 2 for every product about pokemon. Everybody he wants to be in the team send e-mail to legonfvf@hotmail.com with the pokemons he wants to have in the team (and legendary).
One big thing we all need to know is it coming out for the ds/dsl or dsi or even the new 3ds. saying that the release dates are correct it should be on ds/dsl/dsi as the 3ds will not be out in the UK. hope its on ds/dsl as i only have the old ds i dont like the dsi as they have no advance slot.
The 3ds will be out nxt bloody yr! No it won’t be on dsi nor ds I seen it USA I saw the maker of ds’s it was 2 good.

No. Black and White have always been DS games. They will play on the 3DS, but are perfectly playable on older DS, DSLite, DSi, and DSi XL systems.

Well I’m 13 and I still love pokemon, even so I have to say they really need to make them aimed less at younger kids, cause even though it’s the target audience, I’m pretty sure they don’t pay as much attention to the minor details as say I would. Gotta say though, The Zelda games are awesome to, but I haven’t been playing them as long as pokemon! Forever a kanto girl!

Ok I found stuff out! reshiram is dragon/pshicic and zekrom is dragon/dark. I dont know about pokebu but i am starting off with him any way! Hope this helps! plz ask questions and I will try to answer them! plz say if this helped u!
