u can get this pichu if u hav the speicial shiny pichu given away at tha 12 movie in japan a wile bak and transfer it 2 a hg or ss version take it 2 ilex forest 1st in team and it will awtamatecly join ur team if u dont believe go 2 serebii.net they have EVERY THING U COULD IMAGINE ON NEW GAMES and its ok 2 say this on this site becaese there friends
