Well, I know It’s coming out on the 24th of February 2011
I translated the first few characters by copying and pasting them off Japanese websites, and it came up with Anime TV. Then I couldn’t work out any more
But while I was secarching, I came across the Japanese pokemon website. Then I clicked on something, and it brought me to a page full of trailers! I think it’s for the new movie, check them out at http://www.pokemon-movie.jp/trailer/
