European, North American and Australian Pokémon gamers will be able to get the Mystery Gift for the Yellow Forest download over Wi-Fi between 2 April and 5 May – but you’ve got to make sure you do, as after that date it will be gone! Downloading the gift will give you access to a special route in the game where you will find special Pikachu hiding out! There is one there that knows Surf, and one that knows Fly. Go on, download it and explore, then tell us what you found! We’ll make you famous in the magazine!

How do you get the special route?
Looks sweet. If I can get Wi-fi to work on my DSi, then this will be what I’m downloading.
to download it, in the opening menu, select mystery gift, then get via nintendo wfc, and if you have a wifi connection, the mystery gift card should appear. you can then collect it from the delivery man in any pokemart. remember, the yellow forest is a pokewalker route, not one on the map ^^
For people who dont know how to download this.
You download it by Mystery Gift(in your heartgold/soulsilver menu), then click ‘receive gift’ after that click ‘via nintendo WFC’

Can someone tell me the % of geting a fly,surf,or volt pikachu’s?

It`s on the pokewalker
for a volt tackle pikachu, you need to have taken 5000 steps. for surf, you need 9500 steps and for fly, 10000 steps. however, this isnt guarenteed.

i got pokemon heartgold but my pokewalker doesn’t work when i go to the pc box to pick a pokemon it freezes

Awesome! as soon as i read it i downloaded it by finding the code on youtube anyway me and typhlosion ran through the route and we found all different pikachu’s and after about 20 minutes!!! we found th eone with surf it almost knocked out my typhlosion but we caught it in my lure ball i made with the apricorns and then after 2 minutes i found the one with fly it knocked out my typhlosion! so i let out my sentret and we caught it in my last ultra ball i called the one with surf sparky and the other one with fly flappy ( because he knew fly!) Love the magizine and my soulsilver game!!!

Damb! I got the Yellow Forest but I officially can’t go on my Pokewalker ever again unless there is a way of making it forget about a certain BELLSPROUT!

WAAAAAHHH!!! i had to use a AR code because i missed it. none of u know how much i want that. (O~_^O) PLZ look at my blog on blogger called The Yellow Forest. and sinnohchampion, i dont think anyone would trade you a jirachi for a sinnoh starter. i used to have a jirachi but my game got erased. my good crazy friend, not as crazy as me but crazy friend, Jordan Esparance( u know who u are)brags about his jirachi!
did this already come out cause i think it’s coming out in the coming April 2011 not 2010
