From a simple online game to complete world domination! That’s the way that Moshi Monsters is going with the game increasing its player base by one per second and expanding from being originally UK players to American, Australian, Canadian – you name it, they’re playing Moshi! This takeover of the world is now affecting toy shops too! It has started already at The Entertainer in Birmingham, England with a special Moshi Zone where Moshi-loving kids can try out the latest Clay Buddies craft packs, enter colouring competitions, have a Moshi tattoo painted or even meet Furi in the flesh (or should that be fur)! This phenomenon will soon be taking over a toy store near you as more and more Moshi Monsters products fill the shelves. It won’t be long before you will be getting your own Moshi Zone!

Are you a master Beyblader who thinks he has what it takes to win the coveted title of World Beyblader Champion? After the success of the first international Beyblade tournament in 2010 in Seoul, South Korea, a new Beyblade World Champion will be crowed in 2012 – and it could be you! Bladers from around the world in over 40 countries, including the UK, will have the opportunity to compete for honour of being crowed the No. 1 Blader in the world. To qualify players compete in national and regional tournaments – the finals, where the top regional players duke it out will take place in March in Toronto, Canada. These tournaments are taking place as we speak – dates in the US, France and Canada have already been announced. Wow! Here’s something cool that would keep you busy on your weekends. You pour some small charm balls into a container, add a plastic Pokémon cover to it, then close the lid and seal them up to create some excellent Pokémon charms! Whatever will they think of next?

It includes 2″ mini action figures, each one created in brilliant detail, and each of them in a dynamic action pose! Take a look at one of the latest ads running on Japanese TV. We’ve got some wonderful Japanese TV ads in our collection, showing gadgets and games that you simply will never see in UK shops. It’s always fun to take a look at what our cousins in Japan are playing with though, isn’t it? This Moncolle Touch game seems to have a collection of Pokémon figures that you can connect with a special reader to bring up Pokémon information. How useful!

Wey-hey! Everyone loves a plush Pokémon – just take a look at the Guinness World Records article about the girl with the biggest Pokémon collection to see her on a sea of plush Pikachus! Well here we have a quirky TV ad from Japan showing off a brand new Piplup plush toy. The kids in the ad certainly seems to be enjoying playing with it!

Now here’s a clever little device that no Pokémon fan should be without! It’s a Pokédex with a stylus from Takara Tomy in Japan. It has all 493 Pokémon squashed into it and using the stylus you can call up all of their essential information whenever you like!
